We want you to love your Calla shoes, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unworn footwear in its original packaging. If your shoes don't provide the perfect fit for your bunions or wide feet, we make the exchange and return process seamless.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package the Shoes
Place the unworn shoes in their original box and ensure they are securely packed inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.
Affix the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
